I wonder if there are any non-BL ones besides Benjanun Sriduangkaew.

The pretensions of respect for work that the intellectual property fanatics hold evaporate as soon as the work in question is performed by a citizen of a "developing country".

World without justice and equality, without profound respect for humans and their life, their work, world based on power, be it economic power, political power or military power is the ultimate degradation of human being as an individual. Such a world is the ultimate heresy.

I can't imagine that there aren't, given that it's been around for a good 25 years. Jim Butcher drops quotes like "my outfit looked like a Jedi as done my Games Workshop," I just saw Keiron Gillen talking about getting a game of WHF in with someone else I know on twitter just recently; etc. I think a sizable minority of authors in fantasy, sci fi, and probably comics have probably had a warhammer army of some sort at some time...
What sphinx of plascrete and adamantium bashed open their skulls and ate up their brains and imagination? Imperator!
