Not sure if this counts exactly, but Christian posted on Facebook that he is moving from BL Editing to GW Licensing in January and that for the moment he will still be fiction-freelancing for BL once he makes the switch.

Dead chuffed to say that I can now officially talk about Project: Carpark as something other than Project: Carpark!

That is fantastic. Though I can't help but get a little excited for some of the other titles due our way.

Pyro is not the only BL alum working for Abaddon, I have a novella out today and blog about it right here:http://markclapham.wordpress.com/2014/01/31/dead-stop/.

It's the last week of voting for the Gemmell Award shortlists - http://gemmellaward.com/page/morningstar-1 - for which you should all go and vote Headtaker for the Morningstar.

Oh, and Master of Dragons and Skarsnik are up for the Legend and the Ravenheart as well so let's make it a clean sweep for Black Library!

"Fearful Symmetries" was perhaps the most enjoyable of the new stories in the DW anthology. Kryptmann even gets a first name!

Spoiler: It's Fidus.

Good. Short but neat too. Very talkie.

In case folks have missed my blatant publicising thus far, I've been doing world design on this project:

http://www.markofwar.com/

If it gets funded, hopefully there'll be some short stories and perhaps even some longer fiction, who knows?
